Chocolate Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding

Updated: Jun 5, 2020

Talk about a sweet way to start off your morning! We all know and love chocolate dipped strawberries, but who knew that you could make a breakfast bowl taste like the same thing. I choose to pair the pudding with a side of oatmeal and chocolate chips, which was pretty magical. Anyone else crave chocolate right when you get out of bed? If you've seen my Instagram page recently, you know that I'm a sucker for a sweet breakfast. Anything with chocolate, granola, or fruit, I am so in. This chia pudding will cure that morning sweet tooth and can also make a perfect snack or late night treat. It's the real deal.

This chia pudding lasts about 3-4 days in the fridge. However, if you're anything like me, it's gone right after making WHOOOPS.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tsp maple syrup

1/4 cup mashed strawberries

1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions:

1. Mix all of the ingredients together.

2. Store in the refrigerator to thicken for at least an hour before eating. Keeps for up to 4

days.
